Head of practice

Dr. Logan Jones, Psy.D.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma & PTSD and intimacy. My client specialties and services range from performance coaching with creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists, to affirmative therapy with LGBTQ+ clients, young adults, and individuals struggling with intimacy, finding purpose, or making significant life changes. I have been a practicing therapist for nearly a decade. My work is highly personalized, collaborative, and authentic, with a deep respect for the connection of mind, body, and spirit. I offer an accelerated form of psychotherapy that focuses on assisting you in developing valuable tools to use to confront everyday issues as they present themselves.

By helping you remove roadblocks keeping you from your potential, and through harnessing the innate resources of resilience within, you may begin to feel as if you are functioning more productively and with a greater sense of purpose, courage, and renewed strength.

Common dilemmas that I may highlight include: Why restrict, neglect, or keep yourself small when you were meant to thrive? Why be so self-critical, when instead you deserve compassion? Why are you not giving yourself a chance? What do you want? And what do you need? Are your wants and needs aligned? Through curiosity, acceptance, emotional atonement, and trusting your intuition, I work with you to process your true emotions and thoughts which have the potential to activate your innate abilities that support your psychological well-being.

Fees range from $250 - $325.

I offer psychotherapy in many areas, including LGBTQIA+ individuals working on strengthening identity, immigrants adjusting to living in NYC, adults and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, identity, grief and bereavement, trauma, and relationship and intimacy concerns.

I draw on psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help people develop a more holistic sense of themselves so that they have more control over their lives. I am passionate about helping people gain awareness and become more authentic and agentic. Through personalized therapy, I am dedicated to developing a working relationship with clients and I see therapy as an opportunity to work together to develop goals.

My approach is characterized as a collaborative, compassionate, and active, where individuals can find authenticity in themselves and make meaningful change in their life by recognizing patterns and finding a voice for themselves.

I am bilingual and offer therapy in English and Brazilian Portuguese, my native language.

Fees range from $150 - $250.

Associate Psychotherapist

Kristin Anderson, LMSW

I provide psychotherapy for many concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational struggles, and women’s issues. I help adults and young adults take control of their narrative by helping them write their own story and cultivate a greater sense of self-acceptance. I often work with clients who are struggling with shame, inadequacy, and low self-esteem or with unfulfilling and unsatisfying personal relationships in their lives.

In my work, I draw heavily from cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic techniques, with an emphasis on practical tools as well as tending to deeper wounds and underlying emotions. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to explore whatever issues that clients are struggling with and to discover new ways of living a more well-balanced life. I help clients gain insight into themselves and discover ways to tap into their inner well of resilience to develop a flourishing life.

No matter the concern, I use an individualized approach to help you in the unique way you need. I’d love to speak with you, learn more, and explore how we can help navigate the challenges you’re facing together.

Fees range from $150 - $225.
